Exchange

In principle, non-personalized items can be exchanged, but this must be done in consultation with customer service at kotakt@musclez.de . Please note that personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return. 

Please proceed as follows:

  1. Contact customer service and let us know if your product can be exchanged.
  2. If so, pack the item, which must be in its original condition.
  3. This will initiate the return process and you can return the package to the following address:
